Our head chef Javier Chozas and Víctor Gonzalo are ready to the Bocuse D’Or Spain competition. You will leave Spain and Castile- La Mancha in the most favorable position. We all are with you.
Bocuse D’Or 2015
It is a honour to share with all of you that our teacher and head chef, Javier Chozas, will be the representative of Castile- La Mancha, 2015, in the prestigious final Bocus D’or competition. He will be accompanied by one of our best third level student, Víctor Gonzalo. Good luck.
